'I Love Autumn' Tag

As today is officially the first day of Autumn *yaaaay!*,  it is only fitting that I do the autumn tag. I was secretly tagged by Emily last week *okay, that makes us sound like spies, but unfortunately for some, we are not* So here it is, the I Love Autumn tag...

1. What is your favourite piece of clothing to be wearing in Autumn?
Anything warm and fluffy, so big cable knit cardigans are a must, as are my many scarf and hat combinations I wear constantly in the autumn.

2. What is your favourite nail colour for Autumn?
I don't really wear that much nail varnish as I'm convinced it makes my fingers look fat, but if I wore more, which I think I might start doing, it would probably be a deep glittery purple, with maybe a bit of gold. I love a bit of sparkle, especially when the days are getting duller the closer to Christmas we get, it somehow manages to brighten everything!

3. What is your favourite makeup product for Autumn?
I don't really wear a lot of make up on a daily basis which is mainly a result of the little time I have in the mornings before school, but no matter how short for time I am I pretty much always opt for a bit of mascara. The one I am currently loving is the Rimmel Lash Accelerator Endless Fibre in Black. It does the job perfectly, and seems to last a while, but that could be because I don't weigh my eyes down with mascara. The only problem I do have with this mascara is that it's not waterproof, but apart from that, I love it!

4. What is your favourite beauty product to use during Autumn?
I recently re-discovered my Nivea Lip Butter in Caramel Cream that I brought last year, and have just fallen in love with it all over again. It smells delicious enough to eat and is way better than having chapped lips.

5. What item of clothing do you love wearing at home, but wouldn't be seen wearing it in public?
Definitely my lovely and cosy slippers or my onesie, when I actually get one *hint to those with money*

6. What is your favourite drink for the Autumn weather?
Erm, water? That's all I really like. Although I told my sister that I had never had a hot chocolate today and she practically died right there and then, so I'm that will change soon, as might my favourite autumn drink.

7. What is your favourite winter food?
Anything hot. Or anything home baked, although that's the same any season really. But I can always make an exception for cookie dough ice cream. Always.

8. What is your favourite thing to do in the Autumn?
Be warm. I get cold quickly when I'm inside, but not necessarily when I'm outside - weird I know. Putting that aside, I love seeing family and friends, and pretending I'm still five by running round collecting conkers and jumping on all the crunchy leafs.

9. What is your favourite accessory?
Scarf's. And hats. Most definitely. I have way too many of both but they're just so warm and snugly *yes that's a word* that I can never resist buying them.

10. What is your favourite Autumn scent?
In the autumn/winter, I love the smell of cinnamon. It makes everything seem Christmassy and warm - if it's possible for a scent to make you feel warm anyway. But as far as perfume goes, I love Wonderstruck Enchanted by Taylor Swift *surprise surprise to those that know me*. It's quite fruity as contains the scent of wild berries but also has vanilla which makes everything better.

11. How do you like to have your hair in the Autumn?
When it comes to hair I'm generally pretty lazy but I'm going to blame that on the fact that I don't really have any time in the morning. I generally have my hair down with a slight wave or curl to it, but that's because my hair is naturally like that. I think having my hair down looks better when I wear hats which, in the autumn/winter, is about 90% of the time.

12. Do you love Autumn?
Looking back at my answers to these questions I think the answer is pretty clear - YES! I love autumn with all my heart; the only thing that would make it better is if it didn't always give me a cold.

I would like to tag Sarah to do this tag on her blog, and anyone else who wants to try this, for that matter.
